Who I am

An entrepreneur who stays close to the operation.

I’m involved in building, serving clients, communication, sales, processes and decisions. I like to understand how the pieces connect before trying to scale anything.

A builder before a persona.

My work doesn’t start with a narrative. It starts with something that needs to exist: a company, a process, a tool, a system — or simply a better way of doing the work.

Where I come from

From direct work to an ecosystem.

My working life in the United States started out far more ordinary than what exists today. I worked as an employee — including as a cashier — and gradually built my own income and businesses from concrete needs I knew how to solve.

  1. Work
    01

    Ordinary work, practical learning.

Customer service, routine and direct work — including as a cashier — came before any business or system of my own.

  2. Service
    02

What I knew how to solve became an offer.

Concrete needs I knew how to solve became services. D.O Global Services became an important base, organizing document, administrative and consular-related services, mainly for Brazilians living in the United States.

  3. Business
    03

One offer became a company — then another.

With D.O Cleaning Solutions, built with Douglas, I started applying marketing, client acquisition, proposals and commercial structure to a hands-on service business too.

  4. Operations
    04

    Serve, price, sell, follow up.

As the businesses grew, service, pricing, proposals and finance needed a routine every single day.

  5. Process
    05

What kept repeating got a routine.

Steps, checklists and criteria started replacing memory and improvisation.

  6. System
    06

What kept repeating became a system.

Clients, channels, documents, tasks and decisions scattered everywhere led to building D.O Command Center as internal infrastructure — born from operations, not from a software idea.

  7. Product
    07

    Experience became a repeatable structure.

A playbook, a diagnostic and START USA organize what I learned to do; Patrick Learning is the platform, with courses available to buy.

  8. Ecosystem
    08

    Everything connected by one method.

Today my work is about connecting operations, client experience, sales, processes and technology — turning scattered work into clearer, repeatable structures.

What I do

My work crosses areas that usually stay separate.

01

Operations & business

I structure the service, pricing, routines, responsibilities, delivery capacity and client experience so the operation runs with less improvisation.

02

Marketing & sales

I connect positioning, messaging, acquisition, proposals, follow-up and perceived value to what the company can actually deliver.

03

Product & process

I turn loosely defined needs into workflows, requirements, checklists, acceptance criteria and systems that can be repeated.

04

Applied technology

I use AI, integrations, software and automation when they reduce fragmentation, repetition or lost context inside the business.

How I think

Operations before narrative.

The most consistent pattern in my work is to start with the real problem, find a solution, put it to use — and only then turn it into a process or a system. When it works, I try to reduce the dependence on memory and improvisation.

A second thread runs through this work: skill → system → business.

Beyond work

Not everything has to become a business.

Images, design and ideas are also part of how I think — and how I keep perspective.
